Shipping & Refund Policy

We take great care in delivering your products to you through reputed courier service providers like Blue dart, First Flight, DTDC, Delhivery etc. Most of the products are shipped from our warehouse in India. However very few items are also directly shipped from our vendors.


If you believe that the packaging of the product is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call us on our customer care No. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Shipping Charges:

Shipping is FREE on some orders and also we charge a nominal shipping fee of Rs.50. Octroi Charges and any other such entry tax would be borne by the customer wherever applicable.

Shipping Locations:

We deliver the products across all locations in India.

Currently, doesn't deliver items internationally. However, you are invited to make purchases on the website from anywhere in the world at the same time ensuring the Shipping Address is within India.

Shipping Time:

We make every effort to process your order within 3-5 working days from the day it is placed. In case your order is delayed for any reason, we will contact you to inform the same.

Once the order is shipped it normally takes 1-3 working days for delivery in major metro cities. For other locations however, the delivery may take few extra days. For certain remote geographies the time for delivery may even exceed 5 days.

We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.

Returns, Refund, Changes & Cancellation Policy

We want your experience with to be as perfect as possible. We understand that occasionally you may have to return something to us for a variety of reasons and to make it easier, we have a no-hassle 10 day return and exchange policy from the day of placing the order. If the item you receive is not right, whatever the reason, return it to us within 10 days and we will promptly refund your money in another 10 days or exchange it for something else. For a full refund or exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition. Below are few extra details to keep in mind, to make sure you get your refund.

Racquets and other sports goods must be returned completely unused and must have the plastic wrap on it and cannot have any ball fuzz on the strings or scrapes on the bumper guard.

  • Shoes must be in brand new condition. You should use the same box your shoes were shipped in to return them.
  • Apparel items must be returned unworn and unwashed with the original tags still attached.
  • Bags, Strings and Accessories must be returned unused and with their original package and labels.
  • Please note that for used racquets, we only accept returns within 3 days of delivery..
  • reserves the right to reject any return request if the product package is opened or the product looks used and is not in its original packaging.

We strongly recommend that you use an insured and recorded delivery service for returns and retain your proof of sending, as we will not accept responsibility if the parcel is lost or damaged in transit.

All refunds will be for merchandise only, we cannot refund shipping costs unless the product received is the incorrect product. If you received free shipping on your order and you are returning part or the whole order, we will issue you a refund minus our cost of shipping the order to you. (This is usually based on the size of your order.)

For all refunds we will refund the amount to same mode of payment as used during checkout. For cash on delivery refunds we will issue a coupon of the same value which can be redeemed in a period of one year or we will issue them a cheque.

Please contact our customer service personnel before going ahead with any return. They will guide you regarding the rules, applicability, process and logistics. Customers need to produce the original invoice and the items should be returned in their original packaging.

Cancellation policy:

If the customer chooses to cancel the order before the product is shipped, he will be entitled to a 100% refund. In case the product is shipped then the policy as mentioned above will be applicable.
